Chef Adair and his team catered my husband's 50th Birthday party over Memorial Day weekend in Santa Rosa. And did they go above and beyond to make the event memorable. It was an outdoor event and the weather turned unexpectedly to a heavy rain just hours before the guests were to arrive. The crew came together and helped me assemble tents and the chef loaned me his tent. The staff solved so many problems that night with creativity and great smiles. The food was fabulous and Chef Adair was so easy to work with and responsive to special requests. He responded quickly when I first contacted him and impressed me with his love of food and local sourcing of his ingredients. An incredibly memorable evening thanks to Chef Adair and his team.
