How it Works is Simple You choose a menu, we pair wines based on your tasting in the Wine Country - often suggesting specific varietals to seek out during your tour - or bring wine from your private stash. On the day of your event, the chef shops, cooks, prepares an elegant meal. You arrive to the aromas of culinary infusion being created for you.
